James Michael Fry
April 26, 2025
It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Jim at University Hospital in London, on April 26, 2025. Survived by his sister Karen Rondinelli (John) and brother’s Kenneth Fry (Cindy) and Robert Fry. Jim will be greatly missed by his nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Jim was a member of the North Dorchester Optimist Club for several years and enjoyed helping at many of the events especially the car shows.
As a resident of Kensington Village Retirement Home in London, Jim helped run the Tuck Shop and playing country music for the residents in the evenings. He also loved playing practical jokes on the nurses and PSW’s. Hockey was one of his passions and he loved the New York Islander’s and was happy to let everyone know when they won.
The family would like to thank the staff at University Hospital on the medical floor for their support and Jim’s care.
The family would also like to thank the staff at Kensington Village Retirement Home for their compassionate care over the past five years.
