Mary Patricia “Pat” Margaret Cameron (née Wood)

Peacefully at Victoria Hospital Palliative Care Unit, we lost a wife, mother and sister.

Predeceased by her beloved husband Ted and her brother Gordon. Survived by children, Deborah (Jeff), Edward, and Patricia. Sisters Marion and Donna (Bruce) Grandchildren, Crystal, Cameron, Chloe, Morgan & Great-Grandchild Emery.

Mom was an Air Force wife and moved around the country and to France with Dad and us in tow. Loved to dance, when she was able. Also loved to play darts with wicked skill. She served for many years as secretary/treasurer of the RCL Duchess of Kent’s Ladies Auxiliary and was a life member. She was an avid gardener, until her health prevented it only 2 years ago. Her gardens were once nominated for the city’s Trillium Award. She should have won!

A huge thank you to the nurses on the unit. Your care was more than we could have asked for.

Visitation will be held on Monday, August 25, 2025 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Northview Funeral Chapel, 1490 Highbury Avenue North, London where the funeral service will take place on Tuesday, August 26, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. Interment at Pond Mills Cemetery.

Those wishing to make a memorial donation are asked to consider the Canadian Cancer Society or Mission Services of London in Pat’s memory.
