Yean Chham

Yean Chham age 59 of London, Ontario, passed away on November 26, 2025 peacefully at University Hospital surrounded by family or friends.

Born July 7, 1966, in Battambang, Cambodia.

Yean escaped the Khmer Rouge war/concentration camp in early 1980’s. She relocated to Canada in 1984, with the help of the government of Canada.

She is survived by her oldest daughter Dany Rodriguez, her son Peter Chham, and her youngest daughter Jennifer Hovius.

Also missed by her grandson Angkor Mosley-Lee, and granddaughter Sokeria Mosley-Lee.

Yean was a generous, loving and funny woman. She loved to cook Khmer food, listen to Khmer music and she LOVED to laugh. She had a great sense of humour.
