Peacefully with family by her side at University Hospital, on Friday, December 19, 2025, Phyllis Gemmell (née Kelly) passed away in her 88th year. Beloved wife of the late Donald Gemmell (2001). Loving mother of Phyllis Di Girolamo (Claudio) of Stouffville and Don Gemmell (Brooke) of Orlando, Florida. Adored Nana of Claudia, Sierra, Olivia, Bubacarr, and Nana Nana to Isabella. Dear sister of Frank Kelly (Mary), Betty Mullin (Christie), and Olive Karney. Predeceased by her brothers Joe and James.
The funeral service will be conducted at Northview Funeral Home and Cremation Centre, 1490 Highbury Avenue North, London, on Monday, December 22, 2025 at 11:00 a.m., with visitation beginning at 9:30 a.m.
The burial will take place at Mount Pleasant Cemetery.

Sad to hear the news of the passing of our beautiful aunty Philly . She will be greatly missed by her nieces and nephews in lreland we will remember the chats and bringing us down memory lane when she came to visit. We had great times with her and always enjoyed the chats on the phone. Love from the Kelly’s (32) lreland ☘️❤️
We were friends for over 25 years and she will be deeply missed. Our condolences to the entire Gemmell family.
