Peacefully in her sleep, at Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital, on Friday, February 6, 2026, Gina Iarusso, in her 94th year. Beloved wife of the late Felice Iarusso (1992) for over 42 years. Loving mother of Maria Del Vasto (Tony), Emidio Iarusso, the late Angelo Iarusso, Anna Del Vasto (Placido), Gimi Iarusso (Dawn), and Tony Iarusso (Sue). Adored Nonna of 16 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren. Dear sister of Rafael Sabelli and Giovanna Di Ponio. Predeceased by brother Perino Sabelli.
Friends will be received by the family from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 10, 2026 from Northview Funeral Home and Cremation Centre, 1490 Highbury Avenue North, London, with parish prayers at 4:00 p.m. The funeral mass will be celebrated from St. Andrew the Apostle Parish, 1 Fallons Lane, London, on Wednesday, February 11, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. Entombment to follow at St. Peter’s Cemetery and Holy Family Mausoleum. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Gina are asked to consider the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
