Peacefully at University Hospital on Monday, March 30, 2026, Charlie Kozakiewicz of London, passed away in his 72^nd year. Beloved son of the late Emil and Stefania Kozakiewicz. Loving brother of Martha Reynolds. Dear uncle of Katherine Kincaid (Scott), Kristin Crate (Robert), and Andrew Reynolds.  Also loved by his great nephew Nicholas, his great niece Stella, and his brother-in-law Brian. A funeral service will be conducted at Northview Funeral Home and Cremation Centre, 1490 Highbury Avenue North, London, on Saturday, April 4, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. with visitation one hour prior. Burial to follow at St. Peter’s Cemetery. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Charlie are asked to consider a charity of your choice.
