George (Buddy) Higgs
August 31, 1929 - May 16, 2026
In loving memory of George (Buddy) Higgs of London, who passed away peacefully on May 16th, 2026 at University Hospital in London. Beloved husband of Phyllis (nee Rowley, O’Neal) whom he married April 21, 1983. Remembered by Jamie (Lynn), Vicki (Robert), Janice and eight grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren.
Born August 31, 1929 in Windsor and raised in St. Thomas, Buddy was an avid golfer and in later years enjoyed the golf channel. Buddy had many fond memories of his years as an engineer on the railroad. He genuinely enjoyed all celebrations and holidays that included food, family and friends.

As per Buddy’s wishes a private family remembrance will be held.
