Dina Cianci
March 9, 1928 - July 19, 2026
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Dina Cianci Pirocchi on Sunday, July 19, 2026, at the age of 98. She passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family.
Loving wife of the late Sigismondo (2024) for 70 years. Loving Mom to the late Luigi (2016), Leda, and Susanna, and mother-in-law to Donato, Antonella, and Mike. Loving Nonna to Paul (Natasha), Christopher, Denis, Tanya (Tim), Anthony (Natasha), Daniel and loving great Nonna to Maco, Mateo, Lucas and Adriano. Dear sister Lina (Vince). Predeceased by her siblings, Ninetta (Cesare), Dora (Guido), Bianca (Alvaro).
The Cianci Pirocchi family is blessed to have many nieces and nephews that have brought support and joy to Dina’s life. She will also be greatly missed by many of her family and friends in Miano, Italy.
A special thanks to all the nurses and staff at Age Care London and to her dear friend Alena for all the care. And a special thank you for all the support given by her niece Marie.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, July 23, 2026 from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Northview Funeral Chapel, 1490 Highbury Avenue North, London where the funeral service will be conducted on Friday, July 24, 2026 at 11:00a.m
Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Dina are asked to consider St. Joseph’s Hospice or a charity of your choice in lieu of flowers.
Interment at St. Peter’s Cemetery.

Dolcissima Commara Dina, Sei stata sempre presente nella mia vita. Abbiamo trascorso dei momenti bellissimi insieme in Canada e poi a Miano. Sono onorata di averti avuta come madrina di battesimo. Abbiamo fatto tantissimi biscotti insieme a Miano, di cui conserverò i ricordi ed anche le ricette. Ricorderò sempre con affetto il tuo sorriso. Growing up together in the village of Miano gave us so many precious memories that I will always hold close to my heart, and I will never forget her kindness and warmth. A mother's love is a gift that never leaves us, it lives on in the values she instilled, the memories she created, and the love she gave so freely.
