On October 11th, 2026, Wayne Emerson McVicar, a proud farmer from Mosa Twp., died in his 77th year. Beloved son of the late Emerson & Jean McVicar. Survived by sister Linda (Dave) McMillen. Loving uncle of Jenny & her sons Liam & Andrew, and Bradley (Jin-Yi) & their children Nevin & Eleanor.
Thank you to the many people who cared for Wayne & brought a smile to his face over the years.
Funeral Service at Burns Church (Mosa), 24493 Dundonald Road, Glencoe, Ontario on November 7, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. with visitation 1 hour prior.
Memorial donations may be made to Burns Church (Mosa) or to a charity of your choice.

Linda, Dave, Jenny and family and Bradley and his family, So sorry for your loss! Cherish all the memories you have over a lifetime.. May God wrap his loving arms around each of you during this time of grief and other cloudy days.
I first met Wayne when he walked to St Lawrence, then he drove and then Jen brought him. Sunshine, rain, snow and sleet, he consistently came to church. He always had a positive, happy outlook and very firm handshake. May the family find peace knowing that he is with his saviour.

We were so sorry to hear of Wayne's passing. When I think of Wayne, I think of our days in Burns' Youth Group. He was present at all our activities enjoying fellowship, food and sharing discussions of our spiritual beliefs. He will be missed. Our sincere condolences.
