Stephen Hugh Sands

June 22, 1939 - September 19, 2021

Peacefully with family by his side, at home on Sunday, September 19th, 2021, Stephen Sands, of London, in his 83rd year. Beloved husband of Shirley for 60 years. Dear father of Shari-Lee Knott (John), the late Stephen Sands (1981), and Sean Sands (Jennifer). Loving Grandpa of Amber-Lee Beattie (James), Stephen Knott (Theresa), Scott Sands, Nicole Sands (Jamie), Samantha Sands, and Great Grandpa to Lochlan, Ruairi, Niamh, and Keeley. Also loved by his many siblings, some of whom have predeceased Stephen.

Cremation has taken place. A memorial visitation will be held at Northview Funeral Chapel and Cremation Centre, 1490 Highbury Avenue North, London, on Saturday, September 25, 2021 from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. with remembrances given at 3:30 p.m.  Registration is required as there is limited capacity due to COVID restrictions.

It was such a wonderful tribute on Saturday. We have lots of amazing memories .Steve was the DJ at mom and Dad's anniversary and again at my cousins wedding at the farm. He installed my kitchen cabinets and did such a great job. Thoughts and prayers are with everyone during this time.
