Bruce Casson

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Bruce Casson, a beloved husband, father and grandfather, on Saturday, November 15, 2025 at University Hospital, London, in his 83^rd year. He will be greatly missed by his wife of 57 years, Carole (Westcott); his sons Kevin (Meesha) and Shawn; his granddaughter Abby; his sister Susan Gallo (Joe); sisters-in-law Joan Westcott and Cheryl Parsons (Steve); as well as his nephew Jason and nieces Lesley, Erin, and Laura and their families.  He was predeceased by his parents Kenneth and Grace Casson.

Bruce was retired after a long career at Fanshawe College in the computer department in Administration.  He enjoyed every minute he spent on his computer always trying new ideas.  He started an on-line training course site with friend Glyn.  Still working on it until his last week of life.

We want to thank Glyn Litt for all his driving to appointments and waiting with Bruce.  It was greatly appreciated.

We also want to thank the great team of doctors and nurses in ICU #21 at University Hospital.  They were all so caring and kind to Bruce and all his family.

Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be conducted at Northview Funeral Home and Cremation Centre, 1490 Highbury Avenue North, London, on Friday, November 21, 2025 at 1:00 p.m., with visitation one hour prior. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Bruce are asked to consider a charity of your choice.
