September 21, 1961 - April 16, 2020
Unexpectedly on April 16, 2020 in his 59th year. Loving husband of Melanie Tillotson and ex-husband to Heather Carradine. Loving father of Brad (Amy), Matt (Heather), predeceased by his daughter Leanne. Loving step-father to Joel and Kaitlyn Dowswell. Survived by his Parents, Ron and Dianne Carradine and in-laws Larry and Carol Tillotson. Dear brother of Kathy, Shawn (Carrie), Melissa (Dan) and Melinda (Peter). Fondly remembered as Uncle “D” to Nikki, Michael (Jenn), Jamie (Sarah), Devin, Damon (Alison), Marcus, Marina and Liam. Great Uncle to Emma, Ellie, Vivian and Rose. Due to unprecedented times, a Celebration of Life will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, David’s family is asking that donations be made to the London Health Sciences Foundation – Multi-Organ Transplant Program or to The Kidney Foundation.

Hi to Peanuts entire family from a girl who adored him in high school. My heart breaks for all of you who were lucky enough to have him in your life. Dave always treated everybody special and had such great parents and siblings. Rocking out to Boston, hanging out and hockey...such a memorable time in my life.
