Dennis Gregory Novakowski
July 18, 1954 - September 18, 2021
At University Hospital, on Saturday, September 18, 2021, Dennis Novakowski of London in his 68th year. Dearly missed by his children Caitlin Mehta, Joshua Novakowski, Andrew Novakowski and their mother Margaret Novakowski. Also missed by his sisters: Eleanor Vanderkwaak (Walter), Theresa Walmsley (Chuck); brothers: Gary Novakowski (Bernice), Brian Novakowski (Virginia); sisters-in-law: Nancy Novakowski, Deb Novakowski; as well as by his many nieces, nephews and cousins. Predeceased by his parents Lorne and Marie Novakowski and by his brothers Frank and Dave Novakowski.
We would like to thank all the Nurses and Doctors at University Hospital in Emergency, 6th floor and 10th floor. We appreciate you. Thank you for the care and friendship of the staff at Henley Place.
Cremation has taken place. A private memorial service was held at Northview Funeral Chapel, on Wednesday, September 22, 2021.

I worked with Dennis for decades at CPRI where we both counselled children and youth. He was the exemplar of the quiet, supportive listener. The kind of person a kid could feel safe with. He also was quiet socially but there are many stories of how he helped coworkers build fences and literally be ready to help in any way. His grace and humility on realizing his journey through life would become challenged was typical of his character. I am very sorry to hear he has passed. My sincere condolences John Gaskin
