On December 5, 2022, Dennis Turner passed away peacefully at University Hospital in his 72nd year. Dennis is survived by his loving wife Penny of 50 years. He will be missed by his children Pam (John) Harrower and Kathy (Terence) Turner. Loving Grampa of Bailey Lee. Remembered by sisters Dianne Levasseur and Linda (Ken) Brown and by nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law. Predeceased by his parents Murray and Marion Turner and his brother David Turner. Thank you to the doctors and nurses in the ICU at University Hospital for the excellent care and compassion for Dennis.
The funeral service will be conducted at Northview Funeral Chapel and Cremation Centre, 1490 Highbury Avenue North, on Saturday, December 10, 2022 at 12:00 p.m. with visitation one hour prior. Cremation to follow with a private family graveside service to take place at a later date.
If possible, the family kindly asks those attending to wear a mask and maintain social distancing as you are able.
As an expression of sympathy and in lieu of flowers, those wishing to make a donation are asked to consider Childcan in memory of Dennis.
