Uncle Don and Aunt Arlene were a huge part of our lives growing up. We stayed with them at their home in the country many times while Mom and Dad were away. They were also with us when Dad passed . Don will be missed greatly!

Don and Arlene were also significant in my life growing up. I remember invites to have dinner with them on Egerton Street. Before that it was rumoured that Don was interested in a certain young lady recently come to London. I was always watching for verification of the rumour… I will never forget Don’s musical ability. He always could be relied upon to start hymns - even the difficult ones. Also memorable was his kindness when Dad and Mom passed away. His friendly smile and signature laugh put everyone at ease.
