Edward Thomas Rowe

May 17, 2023

Peacefully, with family by his side and in his heart on Wednesday, May 17, 2023, in his 84th year. Predeceased by parents Ed and Florence Rowe. Beloved father of Gordon Jon Rowe and Sarah Mary Noad (Paul) (née Rowe) and his five grandchildren, Dylan, Lauren (and great grandchild Audrey), Jordan Rowe, and Samuel and Morgan Noad.

Dear brother to Bob Rowe (Rhea) and Lillian King (Rowe). Predeceased by sister Edith Cardozo (née Rowe) and brother-in-law Earle Cardozo. Uncle to nieces and nephew Andrea Rowe, Bryan Rowe, Jaime King (Moreau) and Alison King.

Ed was a chartered accountant, farmer, vice-president and entrepreneur. He was very proud of the accomplishments of his work and of the people involved in the these endeavours throughout the years.

Ed loved boating and being by the water. From the Port Credit River and Georgian Bay to Lake Erie where he enjoyed salmon fishing and anchoring at Pottahawk Island. Ed spent his retirement in Sweet Bay, Newfoundland, where he loved the ocean scenery and friends he met.

Ed’s family wishes to thank the care team at Earl’s Court Village for their care.

A Memorial Service will be held at Northview Funeral Chapel, 1490 Highbury Avenue North, London, on Friday, May 26, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. with visitation from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. Interment will take place at Springcreek Cemetery, Mississauga, at a later date.
