Eleanor Bertha Regnier

At her residence on Wednesday, April 22, 2020, with family by her side, Eleanor (Chaput) Regnier of London in her 79th year. Beloved wife of Larry for 60 years. Loving mother of Theresa, Dave and Patty. Proud grandma of David Regnier Jr. (Lynne) and Joseph, and great-grandma of Noah, Annabelle and Lilly. Survived also by sisters-in-law June Chaput and Lorraine Salive, niece Kristina Nethercott (Jason), nephew Jim Chaput (Christopher) and by her many nieces and nephews on the Regnier side. Missed also by her special friend Nancy Clark who has been with her throughout this journey. Predeceased by her parents Raymond (1972) and Leta (Coffell) (1985) and by her brother Oscar Chaput (2016). Particular mention of Isaiah and Elijah who were so special to Eleanor when they were young. Eleanor was a member of the New Life Choir at St. Andrew the Apostle Church for many years. She was last employed at Sleegers Machining and Fabricating as a receptionist secretary. Cremation has taken place.

A Private Family Mass to Celebrate the Life of Eleanor will be held on the first anniversary of her passing at St. Andrew the Apostle Parish, 1 Fallons Lane, London on Thursday, April 22, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. Inurnment to follow at St. Peter’s Cemetery and Holy Family Mausoleum. Eleanor’s family wish to express gratitude to all the doctors, nurses and caregivers who provided such excellent care. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Eleanor are asked to consider the London Regional Cancer Program.
