Our sincere condolences to all the family in the passing of your mother. She was a great lady, always ready for a good chat. We have missed her at Ilderton United.
Sending our condolences to your family on Hope's passing. There was always a lot going on amongst our 3 houses on Lawson Road and your Mom always made us comfortable and welcome in your home. I remember her fondly with a bit of a sarcastic wit that as a youth and teenager was a little intimidating - until followed by her smile! Please reach out Todd if you can. Find me on LinkedIn or at the same cell I have had forever.
So sorry to hear this news but brings up many great memories of time spent at the Shyiak household on Lawson. Whether we were swimming, staying for a sleepover or having a meal - Hope was always so warm and welcoming with her ever present smile and an amazing laugh. My sincere condolences to all. Rob.

Todd, Doug and I were saddened to hear that your dear mom had passed. My very fond memory of Mrs Shyiak is from my grade 2 year at Sherwood Forest Public School, 1969/1970. She read Charlotte’s Web to the class and I can still hear her voice as she created the voice of Wilbur the pig. She made that book come alive for us and she was wonderful! Our deepest sympathy to you and the family, and prayers for strength in the challenging days ahead.
