Irene Tuffin

With family by her side, on December 21, 2025 at Victoria Hospital, London, Irene Mary-Ellen Tuffin passed away peacefully, in her 92nd year. Predeceased by her dear husband Jim Tuffin (2002). Cherished mother of Steve (Patti) Tuffin, Darcy (Carl) Porter, Jeff (Cindi) Tuffin, Rob (Karen) Tuffin and Ken (Irene) Tuffin. Lovingly remembered by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her brother George (Marlene) Plank.
Irene was fun-loving and she knew how to enjoy life to the fullest. She enjoyed many activities including bowling, golf, cards, bingo and was part of the Red Hat Society. Her happiest days were spent in the summers at her trailer at Ipperwash Beach, surrounded by family.
A special thank you to the staff at Glendale Crossing and Victoria Hospital, the care and compassion shown was much appreciated.
As per Irene’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a celebration of life will be held at a later date.

To the Tuffin Family My sincere condolences on the loss of your mother. I met her through Centennial Lodge, where your dad was very active and became a Master of the Lodge. Your mom frequently joined him at our mixed functions, and she was a very nice lady. I hope that happy memories, and the love of family and friends help to support you during this sad time.
