Jim McGregor was my grade 8 teacher at Msgr. Castex in Midland. He wasn't just the best teacher, he was an amazing person. He taught us so much more than our school subjects. He taught us how to be good people and to look out for each other. I was very sad when he and his wife left Midland because I enjoyed running into them and talking about what was new in our lives. My thoughts and prayers are with the McGregor family during this difficult time.
