Louis William Bloom passed peacefully at home, on Wednesday, July 13, 2022, in his 76th year. Father of Peter, Stephanie, Stephen, Christopher and Michael. Grandfather to Madalyn, Brayden, Emma, Natalie, Sienna and Charlotte. Lou was married to Judith.
Born in Streetsville, Lou was very athletic as a youth. He loved to play and coach Baseball and Hockey. Lou had a great sense of humour and work ethic.
He worked for Molson’s and Labatt’s before moving to London to work at McCormick’s. Lou became close friends with Don and Gwen and enjoyed spending time at their family farm.
Cremation has taken place. Lou’s remains will be interred at Banner United Cemetery. In memory of Lou, memorial donations to Jumpstart would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
