It is with heartfelt sadness and deep respect for Pat that we send our condolences, prayers and best wishes to Dave, Dennis, Patty and Caron. I have many (some spectacular) fond memories of our work relationship at DDGM and beyond. From a myriad of professional issues to car accidents and child rearing and a pie thrown out the front door we challenged each other and remained great friends. I hope the Good Lord is prepared for what’s coming His way. Rest In Peace Pat. Linda & Terry McBride

I first met Pat when she joined her neighbour Lee at my exercise class at Richards Memorial United Church. She couldn't do all the things we did but still enjoyed the class as we enjoyed getting to know her. We missed her when she was unable to come and I did talk to her since the pandemic started. Now she will be joining that big family of hers and telling lot of stories. So glad that I got to meet her!

Julie Sert My deepest condolences to Pat's family. Such a shock. She was a great travelling companion. We enjoyed a few trips together. She will be greatly missed..

I remember swimming at Chesley Lake with your Mom over to the broken tree and back. She seemed so effortless in her swim and was faster than me! She shared memories about her career at times and it was clear she was way ahead of her time in her professional life. Your mom was fun, interesting and insightful. Even though it was short times that I spent with her I will miss her and her visits to your cottage. She was a remarkable woman.

To Pat’s children, their spouses, and to her grandchildren -- My heart is broken for all of you for the loss you have suffered. All I can do is offer you my deepest and sincerest condolences. Pat loved you all so much and when she spoke about you there was so much respect and pride in her voice. She will be remembered forever for her smile, her hardy laugh, and her compassion. I’ll never forget our trip to Las Vegas but, as they say, what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas! Pat loved to party and I’m sure she’ll liven things up in heaven.

I was saddened to her of Pat`s passing. I had the opportunity to work with Pat during her time with General Motors in Oshawa prior to her retirement. Pat was a highly respected HR Professional who was respected by both her co-workers and those employees that she supported. Pat always spoke of how proud she was of all of her children and she adored her grand children. She will be missed. My thoughts and prayer are with you, her family, at this time......John Shaw
