March 5, 1977 - August 25, 2020

The family of Paul William Hilborn sadly announces his sudden passing at University Hospital on Tuesday, August 25, 2020, at the age of 43. Much loved husband of 8 years and best friend of 11 years to Kimberly Hilborn (née Christian). Loving dad of Kenna and Kaylyn. Cherished son of William and Jean Hilborn and brother of JoAnn Box (Wendell). Missed also by his mother-in-law Brenda Christian and sister-in-law Carly Christian-Tong (Jason). Dear uncle to Owen and Brittany Box and Kase and Veyda Tong. Predeceased by his father-in-law Ken Christian. Paul loved hunting and fishing. He was a passionate woodworker and created several beautiful pieces for his wife Kim from the tree they were married under. Paul was an amazing father; his dedication and love for his children was endless. He enjoyed teaching them how to fish and ride their bikes. Paul was a loyal, hard-working son and son-in-law, who was always available to help out. He was a dedicated employee with A-1 Restoration for 22 years. Paul’s massive infectious smile and quick wit will never be forgotten. Visitation will be held on Sunday from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. at NORTHVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL & CREMATION CENTRE, 1490 Highbury Avenue North (at Kilally), where a private funeral service will be held. Kim, I don't know what to say! I just can't even imagine the unbearable pain you are all feeling. I hope you all find strength in each other to move forward as I am sure that is what Paul would have wanted for you. My son Kyle worked with Paul for a short time and said he was a fantastic guy!
