Reta Marjorie Jaeger

It is with great sadness we announce the peaceful passing of Reta on December 19, 2022, surrounded by family at St Marys Memorial Hospital in St. Marys, Ontario, at the age of 92.
Loving mother to Shelley (Brian) Beacham, Mike (Pat) Handfield and Dave Handfield. Proud grandmother of Laura (Brad), Jen (Dan), Mel (Dan), Max and great grandmother, “Granny” to Hannah, Katie, Malynn and Duncan. Predeceased by loving husband Fritz. Remembered by Judy, Ken, Jordie, and Jamie who were considered family. She also leaves behind Phineas, her loving fish.
A family celebration and interment will be held at Woodland Cemetery, London at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Marys Healthcare Foundation or the Humane Society, London and Middlesex.

Reta was a very special lady and was a great friend of my parents. They all went to Masonville Public School together and had a lot of fun times based upon the stories they told. I managed to keep in touch with her and her family after my parents passed away. She's now with Fritz who she spoke of often during our visits. She will be greatly missed. Shelley and family, you're in our thoughts ND prayers.
