MARETT, Ross Edward de Carteret – Suddenly at his home on August 9, 2022, at the age of 83. Beloved husband of Myrna of 62 years. Dear father of Darlene (Luis) and Stephen (Cindy). He will be sadly missed by his grandchildren Chris, Candice, Kaden, Jordan, Trent, Ryan, Emerson, Olivia; and great grandchildren Henry, Lucas, Clara and Lydia. Ross will be dearly missed by close friends and their family.
Ross had an entrepreneurial spirit and a keen eye for design and wood working, a dedicated co-chef in the kitchen with his wife Myrna when he wasn’t an avid reader.
The funeral service will be conducted at Northview Funeral Chapel and Cremation Centre, 1490 Highbury Avenue North, on Friday, August 12, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. with visitation one hour prior. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada in memory of Ross.
